One half of More Skids

Something that will never fail to put a smile on my face is the sound of inline 6 turbocharged cars tearing up a mountain pass. If you've never heard of the More Skids boys and you love grassroots drifting and car modding with major Japanese influence then you definitely need to check them out. This specific night I got to meet Quentyn which is one half of the large YouTube channel based up in the Seattle area. Sadly his partner in crime DJ wasn't able to accompany him while he was in Mountain Home to get a cage put in the S13 by Charles from Cinder Track Fabrication.

The cage in the S13 got built in just two days at Charles's shop over the weekend as Quentyn needed to make it to a drift event the next weekend, but of course you can't modify your car without properly testing it afterwards so to the mountain pass they went. Charles brought along his IS300 (will be covering in a big feature soon!) and Quentyn the S13, there was also a KA powered S13 shredding along with them. Some of the boys lit up a fire to keep warm while they watched and everyone went for ride alongs in the cars.

I gotta say I have never felt more comfortable in the passenger seat, drifting a mountain pass, with someone I've never met before. Quentyn is one of the most relaxed people I've met and I expected nothing less. Can't wait to meet DJ and see Quentyn again soon. Check out their YouTube channel for some awesome content below and remember, Stay Po'd up. (Extras Below!)
