Cars and Coffee Lehigh Valley

If you ever get the chance to come out to Cars & Coffee Lehigh Valley I strongly recommend it. Not only is this a wonderful location at the old Steel Stacks but the sheer size of this event makes it one of the biggest running C&C's in the country along with being the most true to the basics of a Cars and Coffee. First come, first serve, no if's ands or buts. You will find Honda Civics parked next to Aston Martins and everything in between.

There are two main areas by the steel stacks that house plenty of space for the cars that show up early. However an hour before the event starts and on there are overage areas and if you're a spectator it's best to park in town and walk your way over. Right under the stacks was packed with GT40 kit cars, Mclarens, Porsches, and the likes. However there were lifted chevy trucks, and hayabusa street bikes parked right along side them. Spilling out into the first main lot there were imported civics like you see above, big blower drag cars with wheelie bars, and basic street builds.

A strong recommendation whenever you come to an event like this is to check the surrounding parking areas as well because there are plenty of gems tucked away that you might not get a chance to see. Like a bagged Lincoln Continental, or a row of Jeeps flexing on each others wheels! There will be many more odd and cool vehicles in the extras at the end like a Subaru Kei truck on eurolines or an Ultima GTR with a carbureted LS motor.

A few of my favorites however being a viper boasting a subtle yet still very in your face turbo, and an absolutely beautiful Lexus RCF with custom white wheels (I'm a sucker for blue). Not only is there a slew of different vehicles to hit everyone's fancy but there are plenty of vendors, and local sponsors giving away items and sharing their passion for the automotive world. The other main area of the event is on the other side of the stacks where you can take a walk up the sky-bridge around the stacks (or take the street) and get a great view of the town and the event.

The wonderful architecture around the event provides for great backgrounds in pictures and a great setting to showcase some of the amazing vehicles that hide around the area. The event is also extremely organized with a great police presence and security to guide the traffic and hinder any hooligans that try to ruin it for the rest of us. This sort of organization, setting, and overwhelming variety of vehicles and enthusiasts is what makes this Cars and Coffee simply one of the best that you could attend.

If you ever find yourself around the Lehigh Valley area and there's traffic backed up for hours, you're in the right place. Find somewhere to park and take a walk down to the Stacks to ensure you don't miss out on a wonderful event.
